After that, click on the blue "Install Video Edit" button that you will see at the top of YouTube video editing. In the window that opens, click on "Install". A new YouTube video editing settings window will appear, from which you need to uncheck the “Add WCTV†item. After that, you need to make video settings without knowing a foreign language (you must click on the “Fill In Language†button) until the “Change Language†window appears.
